Masseria Calderisi
A farmhouse dating back to 1658, carefully restored and turned into a family-run boutique hotel, halfway between Fasano and the sea. Its 24 rooms, some carved out of the old tower and the former stables, look out over 24 acres of centuries-old olive groves, citrus orchards and Mediterranean gardens — a place that pairs rustic Apulian elegance with a contemporary touch, curated down to the smallest detail.
The property has its own consecrated chapel, an inner piazza for candlelit dinners, and a large Moroccan tent that can be set up among the olive trees for the reception: three different ways to experience the same venue, suited to both religious and symbolic ceremonies. The in-house restaurant, La Corte, serves traditional Apulian dishes made with local produce.
